No referral required. Workers Compensation covers chiropractic services 100% for open claims. No referral required. There are no copays or deductibles for auto accident and work injury claims.

Medicare covers chiropractic adjustments. Medicaid (Applecare in WA State) covers chiropractic adjustments for kids under 20 years old.
